They took off hive disruptor a while ago. It was there in the beginning but it was a little too op I think

I don't see how having Hive Disruptor would make Black Hammer OP since the perk is only useful against Hive majors.

Continuos sniper shots that are dealing bonus damage against say a sword bearer is pretty op.

I meant with respect to the Crucible Black Hammer with Hive Disruptor wouldn't be OP. But what you said with the Sword Bearer sounds awesome to me, especially if you have a raid team of skilled snipers. Imagine if you could do the same with Omnigul, Ir Yut, or even Crota! Not sure if Hive Disruptor would work on an ultra though.

No they took it off because the hive disruptor perk counts as two shots. So you could never get the three crit hits to work with that on.
