Level (29+) doesn't matter in VoG hard as much as good weapons matter. Groups that require 31+ are trying to filter players hoping to find those with experience. When I form a group I ask for level 30 and VoG weapons.

31 is so easy to get (along with 32) that doesn't even matter. Grimoire score is how to tell if somebody is good

lol no, grimoire only tells you who's cared enough to collect enough ghosts to bump their grimoire up.

Grimoire tells who who's been playing the longest. My grimoire is only 2000 because I've been playing since January but I can hold my own in raids just fine.
