Didnt their lead singer and core of the band leave due to alcoholism or something like that? I thought there was a lawsuit and everything over rights to the name etc.

Something like that yeah, plus Ben was really sick and they stopped touring for a while. Ben took the time to get better and they announced their return months ago.
