Honestly i ran a few matches with the abyss defiant. It was not terrible, was not world beater or anything but was actually doing well. Auto should not be out classing pulses and scouts at range, within mid they are still relevant. Hell I keep hoping for the high impact rare suros to drop in crucible but noooo. Would say be patient and pick your fights.

I prefer handcannons. But I agree. At mid range pulses and autos should have the same time to kill. While scouts should excel and long range.

Would say to pulse should have a massive edge due to stability though. There is no such thing as full auto fire that is not at least a little all over the place. Burst fire should always win out.

Fair enough, just saying that most complain without ever trying to get better with the weapon as is. I fricking sucked with hand cannons, i mean sucked until i said screw it and just ran them non stop. Now most kills with them, still suck in pvp with them will work on that someday.
