Yes.. tho it's hard to equip it..lol..
I find Pulse Rifles.. like..
Evergreen II.I or New Heart LDD ....to be better..
..hell, in Crucible I find these Pulse Rifles to be just as good as Red Death..

crucible is all about impact and not attack, IB is all about attack with multipliers and minimizers.
