I think they should allow gamers to do bounties, strikes, offline (32s should be able to solo them) not including weekly and nightfall.

Would that include dlc bounties, strikes, etc or just the originals? So it would be a hybrid but not just a Vanilla Destiny hybrid. Personally I really like that idea, then we're not so dependent on their servers.

Yes, and anything that can be done by one person, including story missions or "campaign" like cod.
