Got my first from Rahool at level 52. Substance 321. Got arctic proxy from Rahool at around 70 and another 321 at around 100. Got God of war at around level 115... So when you get your first at 7 I say.......where is the bucket for my tears?!?!? I also am level 29 or 30 dead orbit and just got my first shader last level up. But have received probably over 9 unwilling souls over that period.
