pretty sure our PST bretheren do change their clocks, but they did it a couple of weeks ago, so rather than being the usual 8 hours behind us, they are (until sunday morning) currently 7 hours behind us. destiny's servers don't observe any daylight saving though (believe they run UTC) so they don't move forward/back with the rest of us.. net/net is that you're absolutely right, as of sunday morning the daily reset will be at 10am instead of 9am :) not entirely sure why i bothered posting this tbh :->
