Yeah but just after the release, Warframe began to add updates that had a lot of things Destiny brought out

Warframe is not a MMO, same with destiny. You are not playing with over 100 players, you are playing with 25 or less in Destiny, PvE or PvP. Warframe is about a 4 player co op PvE with some PvP. It's like ninja Diablo 3 in a way.

It's close enough, I'm just being general, warframe and destiny are similar to mmos but there are differences

That is true and every game of the same genre will have similarities but not game stealing ripoff which people don't look deeper into the game. It's very easy to generalize the game. Example, Destiny is where you shoot aliens and gain better gear then repeat.

Well not necessarily because the creators of Warframe could have planned these updates in advance, way before destiny came out. Again I said "[b]could[/b]".
