I love the game overall but after you have collected everything it is quite boring. I've found myself playing way more pvp lately due to that.

PvP is actually quite fun if you play it right. Currently everyone is using Shotguns because most maps are short-mid range, and they're easy to learn how to use, not to mention that they're fun to use, so one of the things I've been doing lately is trying to master Fusion Rifles again so I can counter shotguners. Since the patch, they're harder to use, but that just means that it takes more skill to master. I'm actually doing really good, and they're still quite effective at certain distances. Learning to master them is what's bringing me back to PvP, since no one else is doing that.

I've got to where I love pvp. Still trying to improve. I didn't play it much when the game first came out pretty much because I sucked but I'm getting better and better every match. I very rarely go negative anymore. If you're on Xbox one add me and we can play a few matches some time

I'd really love to man, but I'm on PS4 :/ Nothing we can really do about that. Good job at staying positive in the crucible though, just wait till you start getting The Best Around badges, you'll feel a whole new level of competitive multiplayer at that stage, especially in Rumble.

What do you have to do to get a best around badge

Edited by Talidin1337: 3/26/2015 10:55:52 PMYou have to have the top score out of both teams, as well as win the match. If you have the best score out of both teams but you lose the match, you get the 'On The Bright Side' badge. When you start getting these badges, then the true competition starts. Skilled players vs Skilled Players, heart bounding 'Clutch' matches, and so on. The matchmaking actually matches you with people of similar skill, so the better you get, the harder the matches become (and the longer it takes to get 12 people for a match)

How do I look to see what badges I've gotten? I'm pretty sure I've been on top of the board before

They're in game badges. You will see them pop up on your screen, like Double-Down, or Buckshot Bruiser. You can check out your badges via Legend here on Bungie.net
