Couldn't agree more with all points as well as a few your OP didn't cover. Myself and my usual crew are just getting burned. We all have 32's... all but one of us has 2 chars at level 32 and there's literally nothing to do for those characters, except level up a few weapons. We're sitting on the capped 200 Vanguard marks with nothing to spend them on. All but one of us has well over 200 shards and well over 150 energy. If it weren't for leveling weapons, I'd have a lot more energy. The same goes for strange coins. In the odd circumstance Xur actually has something for sale that I don't have and really want, I don't even bother to check and see if I have enough strange coins. I already know I have enough. There is simply no place to spend a single thing we can spend in the game, with the exception of the occasional glimmer and few energy(ies) required to upgrade weapons and the Xur example I mentioned. Just wanted to add that to OP's list... not that I expect much to change. JMO, but for the 3 people I play Destiny with most... If Neverwinter is as good as we're hoping, HoW will have to be absolutely jaw dropping to bring us back. If Dark Below is any indicator, you'll need a lot more than good luck with that. That is less than a week off. Just speaking for myself and for the impression I get from [most of] the friends I play Destiny with now, if we really like Neverwinter, they'd have to release Destiny 2 in the next 3-4 months to get our attention.

  • Just like you a month ago, I ask my friends if they're bored as I am just leveling up guns and they say just play for the fun. So I went back to minecraft and feel rejuvenated. No way I could play destiny from now until end of May when how comes out. Our crew is also waiting for that next game.

  • Yeah, I got DAI during the digital version publisher's sale. I usually split up the night, half Destiny, half DAI. TBH, if it weren't for the friends who regularly play Destiny being on, I'd probably have moved on to just playing DAI awhile back. It's definitely not much fun playing Destiny solo. Friends are really the only reason I still do.
