VOC is still good for oracles but yes many other guns are better, I think the main Full Auto argument is that when the full auto perk is equipped it actually slightly buff fire rate.Test it our nxt time you get another VOC the non upgraded one will fire slower then the full auto one regardless of how fast you spam the trigger.

Exactly, I not disagreeing with you, I run VOC when fighting atheon simply for killing oracles and that's it but yah I get what you are saying If you can roll a scoutn with same ROF and same or better damage and a better perk then do it.
