I dont think hand cannons need a nerf because if your a good PVP player you should exploit their weaknesses... i use the bad juju or an auto rifle because their rate of fire is faster/higher than a hand cannons and plus i give credit to hand cannon users who wreck in the crucible because they arent the easiest thing to kill with and require skill.... in my opinion
