I don't think you did your research at all. If anything the last word got its range hit harder than most handcannons

still don't understand why i can still use it like a sniper when it apparently got it's range nerfed.

Edited by Kone19ps: 3/24/2015 9:54:26 PMThe range was nerfed a little the big nerf was on damage drop off. It does a lot less damage with range. My best example would be on rusted lands. If you are at zone C at the doorway looking towards A and are shooting at a guy on the big silo. Before nerf it took 3-4 shots to kill someone there assuming some but not all headshots. Now it's 4-6 leaving you with a near empty mag for follow up. It also made consecutive shots less accurate so you can't shoot as fast and remain accurate. Three headshots at max range can still potentially kill. It also can get a boost to damage on some shots which helps keep damage up as well
