Modded? I use hawkmoon last word and thorn? I get headshots not of the time so is that considered modded controller?

No. A modded controller is actual piece of hardware.

Yes. So, you can put rapidfire when I depress the trigger button. So, the controller will put out a series of trigger pulls at a rate that is impossible for a human to physically put out. These also violate the TOS, so if you're caught - you will most likely be banned.
