He was just riding his scooter when police just hit him off, and beat him as he lay on the ground in submission. When they told him to stop resisting, he lay the there. Yeah that wasn't not resisting enough, so they beat him more. Stop trying to act like police brutality isn't a thing. Another easy example is that Oscar grant guy. Dude was face down handcuffed. Even if the cop tried to reach for his taser, what on earth is the point in using a taser on someone who is on the ground handcuffed? You're truly ignorant.
