Who here has ever been accused of hacking?
So it's come to my attention that if I do really good in crucible, I get accused of being a try hard, no life, hacker, etc. Has this happen to you guys? What did you say back?

I always get accused, so annoying.

used to be accused of this, back in the Halo 2 and 3 days. it's just what little kids said when they got wrecked because of all the lag switching and modded xbox's

Been accused of hacking and people said they reported me because of my ghost... people are soooo stupid sometimes

Yes, not on destiny as I don't enjoy crucible, but on halo 3 and 4 all the time...

I did in my first ever (and only) hate message in this Iron Banner! Guy accused me of hacking I think because I was shooting through walls with an AP LDR-5001. It was funny because he was dead last and I was only maybe in third place on my team. But I don't think I'll delete that message like ever. I consider it a trophy. Wasn't hacking at all btw, if that wasn't clear. AP snipers can legit shoot through walls.

Slightly off topic as this is in computer hacking but... years ago I was showing some people how I can get codes to improve my website by clicking view/source in my browser........I live in a very small town and now the whole town thinks I'm a computer expert and hacker....lol. FWIW I couldn't build a website now if my life depended on it. Times have changed. How little we know, but yet how intelligent we seem to think we are. We are all guilty off assuming things too quickly, some more-so than others.

Not in destiny but in combat arms I was several times, idk y thought, I wasn't that good

I've been accused of hacking before, but not on Destiny. I avoid the Crucible as often as I can (sadly, that Iron Banner gear looks too good to pass up), because it relies very little on skill and very much on who shot first and/or had the better weapon. Also the lag makes it unplayable half the time.

When I play with my friends we regularly are accused of hacking. I sometimes play defender and always get my bubble up every other life with bad juju. Cycling supers with gift of the void makes people mad

I get the highest score,kills, an k/d out of a match but still lose. A few seconds later a player from the other team with the lowest score messages me "git gud scrub" -_-

I wouldn't accuse anyone who was good of hacking. Sounds like jealousy and petty jealousy at that. Your just better than them.

I rarely if ever have a red bar connection and if I do it's usually the whole lobby does, so the lag I experience everyone else is experiencing as well.

i did, when i went 11/8... i thought that guy messaged the wrong person or something xD just said "what? i only went 11/8, youre a "tryhard no lifer hacker"." just in time before he got muted he send me: "u gonna get banned" xD

in black ops 2 and advanced warfare (which in my opinion was a terrible game, plz dont kill me for sharing an opinion) ive gotten messages for being a tryhard/hack when i rock an RPG (FAVORITE GUN EVER) because im so accurate. i wish i weren't so good WHY RNGesus HAVE YOU CURSED ME WITH THESE SKILLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
