Please Answer! Eris got me f***ed up...
Hey, I was wondering a few things about Eris... First of all, what class is this thing... I mean she has a Hunter Cloak, Warlock Dress and the will of a Titan... Second of all, how did she solo the Oversoul? I mean she states her whole team was killed by Crota so she must have killed the Oversoul to survive, so how did she solo it?

For the first question: she WAS a warlock. But she spent years being tainted by Hive darkness, making her much more... Wizard-like. As for the second question: you're thinking of the raid as what Eris and the other five were doing. However, the six were trying to destroy the physical manifestation of Crota, which you did in the Wakening mission. Basically, try to think of them as a bunch of 26's trying to handle a level 29 mission blind, first try, without revives. Sure, it's possible, but it is beyond difficult. And I'm also pretty sure that they weren't MLG. ... Well that was a tangent...

1 ReplyAfter self reviving Eris decided to solo Crota like a man. I soloed Crota. It was easy. If I can do it a npc can too.

4 RepliesFrom my understanding of Eris's story there was no over soul. Her team got killed, she (at some point) used her dead team mate's armour to help hide in the darkness for many "cycles". I believe Eris is a warlock. If there was an over soul, maybe she self revived? I would love to see what other, more informed people have to say about your questions.
