Farm the warmind mission from the dlc on earth, play til the ogre and just keep spawn killing the hallowed knights that spawn on either side of where you entered while leaving the ogre alone. Great glimmer farm too

You're more than welcome :-) just bear in mind that the ogre can shred you at level 30 so be carefull if you're planning to do it solo
