It's the one weapon that I am unable to get anywhere else (I didn't have enough strange coins when he sold it the first time, sadly).

I didn't buy it because I has shadow price thought it was a waste of coins. I would have used it in IB prior to headshot bounty change. That's about as far as I would have used it though.
