Dear fellow Guardians, I have a question to ask: What is your main character class and subclass conmbination?
Give me a reason as well why you use these - Maybe related to what you do in the game, perhaps?
Only vote for the character that you use mainly. If you use them equally, pick your favourite combination for all situations :)

Voidwalker because of blink, Nova bomb, bloom, scatter grenades and nothing manacles op

Mostly played with Bladedancer to a point, but prefer Gunslinger now (still reach for that Throwing Knife on other characters!)

I main a bladedancer. I'm a big fan of both double jump (for it's regularity) and blink. I enjoy how you can play as a support, mixed, or offensive. You can make great combos such as fast twitch + hungering blade.

Gunslinger. My 2nd fave is the Sunsinger. I suck balls with Titans. You ever see someone Fist of Panic and somehow miss? That was probably me.

I use both hunter classes blade in pvp to be cheap with the super and gun for pve for power/range

I enjoy how sunsinger is awesome at crowd control and recovery in tough situations. I feel the glide gives me more maneuverability and access to all areas of the game.

1 ReplyYou need to classify pve or pvp? It makes a difference with Titans for one because defender=pve. striker=pvp. Warlock. Sun singer(pve or sometimes trials) void walker pvp . Hunter. Honestly both are pvp but invisibility for raids

Impossible to pick - I run all six more or less equally at this stage, re-speccing for situation. Lately though, I've been having the most fun with my Monte Carlo/No Backup Plans indestructible titan tank.

I never feel more comfortable than when I'm running defender. It has my favorite jump, favorite grenade and my favorite melee. Bubble is probably tied with nova bomb and fist of havoc for favorite super. Blessing or weapons can trivialize pretty much anything.

I would usually have voidwalker for PvP and sunsinger for PvE on my warlock, but after upgrading my nothing manacles and obsidian mind, I can now play voidwalker for both, which I kinda like because I feel like a voidwalker at heart (even though my warlock looks BADASS as a sunsinger).

I usually switch it up between bladedancer and Gunslinger. My main character is a hunter for sure.

Could you add options for just class and have the subclasses be situational? For example, I use sunsinger for Raiding and Voidwalker for PvP (mostly).

When I first started playing the game I loved Sunsinger. Being able to revive myself was very useful but it's only really useful as a defense. When I started Iron Banner I switched to Voidwalker. I loved Nova bombing a bunch of players as they tried taking an objective.

1 ReplyTitan Defender. I play quite defensively and with my alpha lupi chest piece my character produces more orbs of light for who ever I'm playing with. And to be honest i love the glory of being the one who jumps in to revive fallen team members.
