Been saying this for a while, they need to make sure that they don't offer upgrades for each specific weapon like Xur does, but instead offer them similar to how the telemetries work. Buy a "Sniper Upgrade Package" so you can use it on a 300/331 attack sniper, and so on and so forth. Make it cost so many motes or whatever. Maybe it adds onto the weapon upgrade chart another row of 3 attack upgrades that require more ascendant/radiant energy.
