this has been since the beginning for me. i thought about just taping a short video to show how frequent it happens. i can sit and try to fly to the tower a dozen times in a row before getting there or giving up. the game is almost unplayable. its just too bad that i really wanna play the thing!

Same is happening to me. Friend told me to turn off Xbox and then back on. Something about a new connection to your router.So far it's worked.
