If you remove all incentive to raid, why would people raid?
(And no, raiding for the sake of raiding doesn't work. Blizzard tried that in WoW, the majority of players always take the path of least resistance)

I'm still in favor of havin the best rewards for raiding...what I am sayin here is that elemental primaries should be available thru other routes as well Exotic rewards such as GH & Hwkmoon can still be kept in raids And my point to hav raid steps in Strike is to help ppl learn
