You remember that time when all those gays and trannies got beat to death while protesting?
Or how about that time an entire racial clan was made just to hunt them down and kill them.
And we can never forget that time when gays were banned from stores, public schools, and using certain water fountains.
English
-
What is it with people and water fountains lol?
-
The principle behind it.
-
I just mean water fountains specifically It's never bathrooms or entrances to buildings, always water fountains
-
Imagine living life without equal water fountain treatment. It's horrible. *breaks down in tears*

Edited by Dante Trixter: 3/18/2015 8:13:32 PMYes if we aren't counting just America Pussy Riot Gets Whipped in Sochi: http://youtu.be/FFrZfluKDrc http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/worldviews/wp/2014/02/24/here-are-the-10-countries-where-homosexuality-may-be-punished-by-death/ http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_Itawamba_County_School_District_prom_controversy (this one happened in America) If we are just talking about America then no to the first two that I know of. But in my opinion, the only time someone should say anything (not as a law but a knowing that person for real) is if things get into dating territory. Other than that, have your opinions and beliefs to yourself and keep them out of politics thank you.
-
Edited by SSDxCrunchyWolf: 3/18/2015 8:28:13 PMKek my "opinion" had nothing to do with politics. Although we can't actually measure suffering, I'm pretty sure my "opinion" is a fact. And I was just counting the U.S. because it was comparing gays to specific part of American history. Also I have nothing against gays and you're essentially saying that people shouldn't speak their minds.
-
Edited by Dante Trixter: 3/18/2015 8:53:16 PMOh no I'm all for people speaking their minds. But two thing come with that. One - If it's an opinion that's fine but don't treat it as a fact. Two - The freedom of speech is a right and no one can take it from you. So if someone wants to spout out a bunch of bullshit (not saying you are mind you. As you said if we are talking about just America you are correct that gays have it easier than blacks)they can. But I can also tell them their opinion is indeed bullshit and they should never breath again because they are using oxygen that the person who might cure cancer needs.

You should treat your opinions as facts because to you they are. Just understand that everyone else has different options than you. Once you understand that, their isn't much separating the two. Also my opinion is pretty much fact and not just to me. Two,
But I can also tell them their opinion is indeed bullshit and they should never breath again because they are using oxygen that the person who might cure cancer needs.
No you can't, that's harassment which is illegal.

That's the problem however. Take a look at the other arguments brewing on this post. "Being gay is a choice." "Being gay is a mental disease." "You are born gay." All of this because people see their opinions as fact. When in truth no one knows yet which is right. From what I've red I believe you are born that way. My opinion. Yet we have people doing their best to fight gay marriage despite marriage not even being a Christian creation first but because their religion says it's wrong which even that has been debated. So yes opinions should be opinions until they are proven to be a absolute truth. Because without it people become blinded. Opinions raise questions which lead to SOME opinions to be facts. And I'm not even saying that opinions have to be simple. My opinion on abortion for example isn't yes or no it's mixed. But that's a moral thing which facts can't dictate everything in a morally grey circumstances. As for the other part. You see it as harassment but you keking at me earlier hurt my feelings and I view it as cyber bullying which is also harassment. But that's my opinion. Or is it fact? Sarcasm obviously. But the fact is if someone is blatantly speaking without knowledge on the subject they are speaking on then yes I will tell them to stop breathing the air around me. Why? Because if someone is bothering me I want them to leave and stop harassing me with their verbal diarrhea. Again none of this applies to you. I agree with your original opinion on who has it worse in America. I just disagree with the opinion bit. I have to go for the moment but I will reply if I can but if I can't this has been an interesting conversation. While I don't agree with your opinion on opinions I would not mind continuing it further as you remained civil which I'm sure you're as surprised as I am that that happened with me. For now I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day/night.

Edited by SSDxCrunchyWolf: 3/18/2015 10:39:00 PMI never said me saying kek wasn't against rules and I always wants using your technical harassment against you. I was just saying that by law you're not able to say that. I tell people to kill themselves all the time, thankfully no one has gotten butt hurt enough to report some random person on the internet. As for the second part, your opinion is fact until disproved by facts You're born gay and that's a fact. There are physical attributes associated with being gay. If something proves your opinion wrong then it can't really straddle the lone of being a fact. Example. Peaches taste good and for me that's a fact. Science proves that they don't taste good but instead the media has tricked me into thinking they taste good. My opinion can't battle proven facts, just other non proven options. But before my option was proved wrong, it was a fact that peaches taste good to me.

I remember. Good times.
