Sunsingers, Defenders, Bladedancers, and Gunslingers all have sticky grenades. (Yes, the tripmine grenade is a little different, but it can stick players (in more of a traditional, Halo-esque sense), and even if you ignore that, every class still has a sticky grenade.)

Gunslingers have grenades that can stick but they don't track at all. They are not viable as stickies enough to be categorized as one
