Instead of jumping through the window like a noob you can always run through the doors that are under it.
Or if you're a titan or hunter, from C, far left path into the middle you can jump on top of it and then jump into the other sides window. Takes 5 extra seconds but gives the total element of surprise.

Sadly, most of the people are not aware of this. I watch them jump to the window and die and die and die non-stop. I always flank the left side, all the way to A in an attempt to flip the spawns though, its definitely the easiest way to get things back together.
