Hi there,
Did you obtain any shards, energy, or materials during your gameplay? Those are in the loot pool and a weapon or armor piece is not always guaranteed as raid drops are random.
If you did not obtain any materials and no gear, do you have a video of this issue that I may see for investigating this issue?

I hace the same problem i beat crota on hard and i recieve nothing no shard no banner no energy no weapons why?
