This can be a fail on your Networksettings.
Here in Germany many Users had same problem.
By changing in the Networksettings on your Console this problem was fixed.
We had change the MTU Value in 1397.
Now Destiny worked.
Can play smooth now.
Try it and give feedback if working ;)

Thank you for the advice...I tried it...but it still keeps happening. I will go a couple days with it being fine, but then it will kick me off yet again. I have gotten every different error code that is possible. I'm really not sure what else to do!
