Digital foundry have done a performance analysis on BF hardline. It's not looking good, is dropping frames on conquest. They also had console crashes.

Let me tell you buddy...ive seen things like dudes dying standing up and things poppingn in and out. Dps lag..I was playing hotwire and I couldnt even try and snipe the driver because the car had too much lag.
