For health regen (before I had RD) on Crota hard? How does that lose respect?

Because you get hurt during hard mode, when it's so easy to avoid damage.

I don't understand how healing with a quick swap of weapons before using a synth on Ghorn makes this post invalid to you, but thanks for the input.

Could've used a regular primary, not get hit, and not wasting valuable heavy ammo when switching to Ghorn. Anyways, you're welcome sir.
