After reading this, I would have to agree with you on the "earning" factor. However my issue is that making this type of weapon readily available to the masses throws off the balance of the game slightly given its perks and the buffs is recently received via update. A weapon like this shouldn't be "earned" through RNG or Xur. I think Bungie needs to take a look at advantages certain weapons have (ie VexM, Ghorn, RedD) and evaluate if a bounty should be created instead. That way "earning" is a level ground across the board for everyone. It would take a set and certain amount of skill for every person wanting this item to obtain it, just like thorn or bad ju ju.

If everyone has it then it would not be unbalanced...... Not to mention other guns do exist which are better...

Edited by An UnTouChaBle1: 3/14/2015 2:51:29 AMWhen I say balance, I don't just mean PVP. The difficulty for EVERYTHING decreases. HM raids are now a easier (if they already aren't for some). Weeklys drop in overall difficulty. The game itself becomes overall less of a challenge.
