Upgrade your connection. I get games quickly and no lag. So definitely your end, like people have been saying.

Did you read the Reach part? And not just Reach, I've gotten far better matchmaking on Killzone, Battlefield, hell even Gears of War.

10 to 15 minutes to find a game doesn't help your case. Even if the population is low. If you want I can invite you to the xbox dashboard preview program. You get updates earlier and maybe that's helping MCC work. Btw it works as good if not better than halo 3 matchmaking did for me at least.
