You need to learn the definition of a scientific theory, not the commoners definition. That scientific theory is a proven fact. It's still called a theory by scientific definition, like gravity...

A theory in science is a proven hypothesis, nothing in science is above a theory, for example gravitational theory, cell theory etc.
