Revan, by far. Revan is supposedly the most powerful Sith in existence.

Is Revan really a Sith? Kotor 1 made it up to the player, Kotor 2 had you chasing echos but implied Revan sought to balance the force...Didn't get to do SWTOR but there's some more info on that.

In the end of SWTOR, we find out that Revan was corrupted by the Sith. And officially, he was a Sith on grounds that even for a time, he was one.

I think Revan's Dark side part of him didn't die at the Foundry. He wasn't really corrupted only that his light side part became one with the force while the dark side decided to stay with his body and continue his mission to kill the emperor.
