It's okay. Feeding Frenzy is a good perk since reloading on hand cannons can be slow. Rangefinder is always nice but since the 1.1.1 patch I honestly don't know how effect Hand Cannons are at range. Explosive rounds are always fun to mess around with.
Red Hand IX is one of the best looking hand cannons so that's always a plus.
