If no thorn I would think all exotic handcannons (Hawkmoon and TLW) would be banned to.

Well HM and TLW aren't as broken par say (Hawkmoon being based on luck) and they all got hit by the "balanced nerf" which in fact didn't make a single difference with Thorn.
