Go to your settings page and the bottom option will be your muted people. Just click and they'll be unmuted.

O.o He's not there! I don't see his posts anymore though...

If he's not in your blocked users then you probably got him confused with somebody else. Perhaps you just hid his post. Regardless, when a user is muted their posts are simply minimized so you can widen them if you want. So just... mute/unmute him from there and then undo it from your profile again if it's really a problem.
