4-5 days a week Maxed at 525 bench ( 3 years ago ) Maxed at 600 squat ( 2 years ago ) Maxed at 675 dead lift ( last year ) Now mainly cycle and Crossfit in spring through fall and weights in winter. I'm too old for heavy s hit anymore. I'm basically the mold for a Titan 6'2 225.

  • That's awesome. It's the sort of thing I'm aiming to try for myself, I'm just about that height/weight, just missing the muscle mass and endurance. Used to have a lot more, but that was back when I practiced martial arts.

  • I was a 2 sport athlete in college ( football and baseball ). Now I coach hs football and also am an admin at the same school.

  • Very nice I played football myself CB for UT. I was nowhere near those lifts though haha. I did run a 4.45 40.
