Or you could just increase the range lol. Which is essentially what your ideas would do anyway. I agree though, the only thing that really makes it exotic anymore is that it's a primary. Abd running a primary shotgun really isn't practical witg the buffs it's gotten.

Buffing it's rAnge would not help. The drop off for shotguns is too steep That's why it needs slugs

Ahh ok you mean like the buckshot spread increasing with distance I'm followin you now. Makes sense. Shotguns in video games are never as good as in real life. Makes me sad.

It's not only the spread. The difrence between a pellet doing 234 damage and a pellet doing 3 damage is about 14 inches in game.
