Primary-Pulse rifle
High impact, low ROF
Baseline stat: this weapon causes it's user damage while being fired, missing target increases damage
Perks: don't honestly know but definitely quick draw in there
Exotic perk: "Release"-precision kills instantly replenish Special Ammo magazine
Special-Auto-rifle
Low impact, high ROF
Perks: for soon to be obvious reasons needs quick draw
Two exotic perks:
1st: "Bring the Pain"-kills with this weapon instantly replenish primary weapon magazine
2nd: "Sadist"-dealing damage with this weapon heals the user
Heavy-rocket launcher
Haven't thought this one out completely but probably the radar on one and...
Exotic perk: "THWUMP!"-rockets arc down after being fired. If detonated on a target the rocket breaks apart into smaller explosives and deals secondary damage. If detonated on ground one large explosion triggers 3 seconds later.
Make it look like the Colonial Marines gun from Aliens please!

The second's Exotic Perk "Sadist" is like Suros Regime's one, and has a touch of Red Death's one.

I think that's Monte Carlo but yes. I just like the idea of a weapon that forces a play style change. Maybe it's us stubborn hand cannon folks but I rarely switch to my special outside of nightfall/heroic (and have not raided yet, still waiting on my PS4).
