Since when is it "confirmed" he won't be selling it? Link to Bungie representative being quoted on that please.

You obviously don't understand RNG. Imagine rolling a pair of dice 12 times; there's a chance that you'll roll all 12 possible outcomes, but there is just as much a chance that you'll roll snake eyes 12 times. True RNG doesn't keep a tally of what has rolled. Its random and fresh every single roll...

Their argument is valid no matter how many outcomes are possible. Random is random, not balanced.
