I don't buy that anymore, it seems when enough people want a weapon it gets sold but then it's sold again and again. It's too frequent be only RNG

Then don't complain if you understand how you get loot then you know about Xur, Icebreaker Is good it allows other players to get it it helps out on raid a lot.

Xur is broken--when you do the raids, nightfalls, weeklies every week, repeatedly for a CHANCE at exotics (don't get me started on drop rate vs RNG), to no avail, the only logical place people look is to Xur. I agree IB is a great weapon and should be a staple. But what about people who have seen that come and go so often?
