Considering how many exotic weapons there are the probablity of someone getting a ghorn would be low even from an exotic engram.

Wrong because there are only 4 heavy exotics possible by engram so that's a 25% chance so it's pretty high

That was why I presented the idea of a weapon engram that would include all weapon types. Meaning you could get a random primary, secondary or heavy.
