It disappeared because when you upgraded the aly into necrochasm, you already had an exotic weapon equipped. The game only allows 1 exotic weapon/armor at a time. Therefore it unequipped the necrochasm and left you without a primary. You didn't glitch anything.

A glitch is where something functions unlike it should; therefore, it is technically a glitch.

Actually your wrong you don't have to have an exotic equiped for you to not have any primary you just upgrade is with full legendarys on and still takes it away from your hands WHY? Because the games considers it as a new drop/ item so it puts it in inventory not hand trust me I'm not wrong you can test it out yourself

Actually, if you equip Crux with no Exotic, it will auto equip.
