As a group founder, go to your admin tools tab. Under the "About" tab you should be able to select "enable" for PSN. So yeah, you don't see the option because you're not the founder. Now, each platform is treated like a separate clan. In order for the tag to show up for your PSN clanmates, you'll need three PSN clanmates.
