I am trying I get Big Bang kamehameha and x100 Big Bang kamehameha. I got a z rank on both of the parallel quests. Still can't get them.Any suggestions?

I'm guessing you are beating it on ultimate finish? If so and still not getting it then it's RNG hateful run of no -blam!-s given. This game is just as bad as destiny when it comes to RNG but it makes it more fun to farm missions.

Yes I agree.But Rng is nicer in xenoverse then destiny atleast.
