*sigh* it's a lot, overall I think technology is destroying the world and things were much simpler when you grew your own stuff or just traded and the government is watching us with gps and phone cams and stuff and ruining the environment, whole buncha probs. Most of what I'm saying is very flawed because I don't wanna go into huge detail. And obviously I myself would not stand for all technology to be taken away now, none of us would, I just think it never should have been invented in the first place.

There are constants and variables in this timeline. Technological advancement is a constant. The type may be a variable (i.e. you could cause the world to become steampunk long in the future) but humans will always strive to advance, gain power, and knowledge.
