Look out for symptoms, this game may suffer from DestinialHypeus Syndrome. Failure to do so can lead to overhype and may lead to many people flocking to the forums to complain about it.

Destiny also had a shitty case of outsourcing and a severe lack of listening to it's community. Any "bitching on the forums" will actually be taken into account in the creation of the game.

Just sayin, don't keep your eyes on it. Let it surprise you, and the game will be amazing. I played my worst game, Jumper, before Destiny came out, just to anti-hype Destiny. If there's one thing that counteracts hype, it's disappointment. I still love Destiny, because I wasn't foaming at the mouth when it came out.

If I keep my eyes off of it I won't be able to give to the community. These guys are relying on the community to give us what we want. If you don't actively participate it [b]will[/b] surprise. Not in a good way, either.
