I know what you're saying but I still think it's entirely possible that these perks may still work.

Why would bungie enable a new matchmaking system where hunters would dominate the scene....and where it encourages people to use 1 item type all the time with little to no variance....its self defeating.....common sense would be screaming no on this. Conclusion - No radar is no radar....period. No exceptions. This is just wishful thinking on your part.
